Anne M. Kelly, MA, is both a professional singer and leadership coach. She combines her artistic and business backgrounds to create team-building and individual leadership training for her clients by helping them tap into their right-brain (creative) capabilities.
Anne has led Executive Board retreats for clients in nonprofit and for-profit industries since 2001. She has been a Keynote Speaker at events on topics such as Women Leading Change, Creating Change, Finding Your Voice, and What can we learn about Leadership from Music?
At the Goizueta Business School, Emory University in Atlanta, GA, Anne was the Director and co-creator of the Evening MBA Leadership Program for Working Professionals and was the lead facilitator of experiential activities, development planning, and the Executive Coach for participants. She has traveled around the world with university students, creating opportunities for them to visit businesses and learn about new cultures when she was the Assistant Dean of the Evening MBA Program. She was a Lecturer in the Emory BBA program (Ranked in the Top 10 for 10 years by BusinessWeek) on Guerilla/Viral Marketing, where her students created and launched guerilla/viral campaigns.
Anne is formerly the Director of BBA Professional Development & International Degree Seeking Students. As the Director of Career Services at Mercer University School of Business, she optimized career services for digital learning platforms with increased effectiveness. She trains clients in the fine art of interviewing & communications skills, career advancement, and leadership advancement within their organizations in private practice, and on contract with The Muse as a Career Coach, and Torch as an Executive Coach.
When not in Atlanta, Anne can be found with her family vacationing in New York City, on Hilton Head Island or in Walton County, Florida, and is ready to let her passport live again post-COVID.
